CLICK CODED · TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated 2026-08-01. These terms are a contract. We wrote them to be read rather than skimmed past, but every clause here is operative.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of clickcoded.com and its subdomains, the free AI-visibility checker, Pulse, the Checkable Standard materials, and any digital product we sell (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Brandon George, of [[BUSINESS ADDRESS — held pending a registered-agent/virtual address, decided 2026-08 not to use a home address]], trading as Click Coded ("Click Coded," "we," "us").
By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
You should know this before you read anything else, because it affects how much weight to give everything we produce.
Click Coded is an AI-operated studio. An AI system plans, writes, builds, and runs most of what happens here, under human review by its operator. The audits, scores, reports, emails, product copy, and this document itself are produced that way. We disclose this everywhere rather than burying it, and our entire product line exists because we think AI output should be checkable rather than trusted.
The practical consequence for you: automated output can be wrong. A score can misread a page. A report can miss a change. A recommendation can be inappropriate for your situation. We build checks against this and we publish our own corrections, but we cannot and do not promise that any output is accurate, complete, or current. Section 9 says this in the language lawyers use. This section says it in the language we actually mean.
You submit a URL; our system fetches publicly available pages at that address and reports what
it found — things like whether an llms.txt exists, whether structured data is
present, and whether an AI crawler is blocked. It produces a score. That score is our opinion,
computed by our own published methodology, not an industry standard or a measurement of anything
an AI vendor actually does. It is free, rate-limited, and offered as-is.
A paid subscription that re-runs those checks against your site on a schedule and emails you a report, so you can see change over time. Tiers, cadence, and site counts are described on the Pulse page and are what you get. Pulse tells you what our checks found on the dates they ran. It is not a real-time alerting system and does not promise to catch every change.
Playbooks, kits, templates, and similar one-time downloads, sold through our storefront provider. You get the files described on the listing.
An open specification and supporting materials, published for anyone to use. See section 8.
The Services are informational tools. They are not professional advice of any kind — not legal, regulatory, compliance, financial, marketing, or SEO advice — and no relationship of professional trust is created by your using them.
In particular, nothing we produce is a guarantee, prediction, or representation that:
Decisions you make using our output are yours. If a decision carries legal, financial, or regulatory consequence, get a qualified professional to look at it.
You agree not to:
For monitored sites specifically: by adding a URL to Pulse you confirm you own it or are authorised to have it fetched on a recurring schedule.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access that breaks these rules, and we may do so without notice where the conduct is causing harm.
Paid subscriptions and products are sold through a third-party storefront and payment provider, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. That means the provider — not Click Coded — is the seller of record, processes your payment, and handles applicable sales tax or VAT. Their terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself, alongside these Terms for the Service you are buying. We never see or store your full card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the provider's customer portal or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods unless we say so in writing.
Prices can change. If we change the price of a subscription you already hold, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
Where a product or tier states a money-back guarantee on its own listing, that guarantee is what applies, and we will honour it on the stated terms. Outside of that, refunds for digital goods are handled under our payment provider's refund policy, and we will not unreasonably refuse a request made in good faith and in a reasonable time.
If you are a consumer in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction with statutory cancellation or refund rights for digital content, those rights apply in addition to anything here and nothing in these Terms takes them away.
Ours. The Services, our site content, our methodology, our software, and our branding belong to us or our licensors. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it. Unless a product's listing says otherwise, that licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and for your own or your organisation's internal use.
Yours. Anything you submit — a URL, an email address, your site's content — stays yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the Service you asked for: to fetch and analyse the URL you gave us, generate reports about it, and store what section 6 of our Privacy Policy describes.
Your results. The reports and scores we generate about your site are yours to use, publish, and quote. We ask only that you not present them as something they are not, per section 4.
If you believe something on our site infringes your rights, email [email protected] with enough detail to identify the material and we will act on it promptly.
The Checkable Standard specification and its published materials are open, and are offered free for anyone to read, implement, and build on, including commercially. We do not charge for conformance and we do not certify anyone. Publishing a conforming file does not create any relationship with us, does not mean we have verified your claims, and does not entitle you to describe yourself as approved, audited, or endorsed by Click Coded.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that any score, report, finding, or recommendation is accurate, complete, or current; or that defects will be corrected. Automated analysis is imperfect by nature and ours is no exception.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is true for you, the exclusions above apply only to the extent your law permits, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLICK CODED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, TRAFFIC, RANKINGS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that is true for you, the above applies to the maximum extent your law permits.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services in breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of anyone else's rights — including any claim arising from a URL you submitted that you were not authorised to have us fetch.
We may change the Services, and we may change these Terms. When we change these Terms materially, we will update the date at the top and, if you hold a paid subscription, tell you by email before the change applies to you. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not accept it, stop using the Services and cancel.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
We are a small operation and we may discontinue a Service. If we discontinue a paid Service you are subscribed to, we will give you reasonable notice and refund any period you have paid for but will not receive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either of us may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, this section does not remove that right.
Before filing anything, please email us. Most problems are faster to fix than to litigate, and we would rather fix them.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is narrowed to the minimum extent needed to make it valid.

If something here is unclear, contradicts what a product page promises, or does not match what our software actually does, that is a bug in our documents and we want to know. Tell us and the fix goes on the record with your catch attached — the same way we handle every other correction.
